Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming tools)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 45 business days. Bank and credit card processing times may vary.
