OVERVIEW

AI Store (aistore.ae) is operated by Admire International FZ-LLC, trade licence number 5024342. In these Terms, “AI Store”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Admire International FZ-LLC. “You” refers to a person using the website or purchasing through it.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and placing orders. They should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy:

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase is from AI Store unless a separate marketplace listing identifies another seller.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding transaction to register an account or place an order. If purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent information, introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of our services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may restrict or refuse access to services for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, security risks or misuse, subject to applicable law. This does not remove our obligations relating to accepted orders or refunds.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or commercially exploit protected website materials without the necessary permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not send account passwords, card security codes or banking credentials through email or a general contact form.

Headings are included for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability accurate. Check the full model number and selected configuration before ordering, including memory, storage, display, operating system, keyboard layout and included accessories.

Images may illustrate a product range. A listing should identify the configuration and condition being sold. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.

Where a product is described as an international version, confirm any relevant differences in keyboard layout, charger, software or warranty eligibility before purchase.

If a material detail is unclear or appears inconsistent, contact us before ordering. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise do not meet applicable legal requirements.

Where the website includes older articles or historical information, check current product listings and contact our team before relying on that information for a purchase.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices on aistore.ae are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED), unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the order total, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other disclosed charges before confirming payment.

Prices, promotions and stock availability may change for future purchases. Promotional conditions, expiry dates and eligibility requirements apply as stated in the relevant offer.

Changes to website pricing do not, by themselves, permit us to change the price of an order already accepted. Pricing errors are addressed under Section 11.

We may modify or discontinue website features or products for future use. Such changes do not retrospectively remove obligations or express commitments relating to accepted orders.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Open-box products are sold with opened packaging. Refer to the individual listing for the stated condition, inspection information, included accessories and any disclosed cosmetic differences. Ask about the particular unit if anything is unclear.

Do not assume that every open-box item has the same history, packaging or accessory set. Product claims concerning unused condition, testing or certification should be understood in the context of the specific listing.

Eligible devices may include the advertised one-year AI Store Warranty. Eligibility and coverage must be confirmed for the selected product. Retailer warranty and manufacturer warranty are not necessarily the same.

Ask who provides the warranty, what is covered, the applicable exclusions and how a claim is handled. Retain the invoice and relevant product identifiers. Warranty terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery options, charges and any free-delivery eligibility should be reviewed at checkout together with our Shipping Policy.

Same-day delivery applies only where specifically offered for the selected products, delivery area and order. Do not assume it applies to all Dubai orders.

Processing time and transit time are separate unless an offer states otherwise. Delivery estimates can be affected by availability, address accuracy, public holidays and courier operations. Any rights relating to delayed or failed delivery under applicable law remain unaffected.

Provide a complete street address and reachable contact details. Contact us promptly about address corrections or delivery problems. Any proposed redelivery charges should be explained before being incurred.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the published request process, time limits and eligibility conditions. These Terms do not establish a separate return period or refund timeline.

Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description. Provide the order number and relevant details so the issue can be assessed.

Change-of-mind returns are different from claims concerning faulty or misdescribed goods. Restrictions applying to opened, activated, discounted or open-box items must not be treated as removing rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Request cancellation as soon as possible. Whether an order can be stopped before dispatch depends on its status and the published cancellation conditions.

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment route. Card issuers and payment providers may require additional processing time. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will explain the available refund arrangement when the request is approved.

Contact us before sending an item back to obtain the relevant instructions. Keep your proof of purchase and any return tracking details.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Review your selected products, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting an order.

An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not necessarily confirm stock availability or final acceptance. We may need to verify payment, stock or other material order details.

If an item cannot be supplied, a payment cannot be verified or a material error affects your order, we will contact you about the available next steps. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount due for the cancelled items will be refunded through the applicable payment route.

We may apply reasonable quantity limits or decline orders for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud. Business and bulk-order customers can contact us to discuss their requirements.

Provide accurate and current contact, billing and delivery information. Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use.

We may contact you to clarify order details or carry out reasonable payment and fraud checks. Do not send card security codes, account passwords or banking credentials by email or through a general contact form.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not promise absolute security, and nothing in these Terms replaces the safeguards or responsibilities required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. Their availability, functionality and use may be governed by the relevant provider’s terms. Review those terms and any disclosed charges before using an optional tool.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access does not mean that AI Store controls or endorses every feature or statement made by a third-party provider. Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

New website features remain subject to these Terms and any additional conditions clearly presented for the particular service.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to payment providers, social platforms, marketplaces or other external services. Their services and data practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Purchases placed through a third-party marketplace may follow that platform’s ordering, payment, delivery, return and dispute procedures. Check the seller identity and terms shown on that marketplace listing.

These provisions do not remove AI Store’s responsibilities where we are the seller. For purchases made directly on aistore.ae, contact us through the details below.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit fabricated reviews, false identities, misleading claims or content that infringes another person’s rights.

If you submit a review for publication, you authorise us to display it for that purpose and make reasonable formatting edits without changing its meaning. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or privacy-infringing content. A review should not be removed merely because it expresses an honestly held negative opinion.

Confidential support messages, job applications, CVs and personal documents are not public reviews. Their handling is governed by the relevant purpose and our Privacy Policy, not a general permission to publish them.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared and retained.

Information submitted for a career enquiry or application should be used for the stated recruitment purpose, with any other use requiring an appropriate basis. Submitting a CV does not itself constitute permission to publish it or subscribe the applicant to marketing.

Applicants should provide relevant information and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Contact us about application-data handling or deletion requests.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We may correct inaccurate product information, stock status or pricing. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will explain the issue and seek your instructions where appropriate.

We will not increase an accepted order’s price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Where fulfilment is not possible and cancellation is appropriate, any payment due back for the cancelled items will be refunded.

A product displaying an obvious error, such as an unintended zero price, should be referred to our team for clarification rather than assumed to be a confirmed offer.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES

Website content, branding and other materials are owned by AI Store or used with the relevant rights. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information purposes. Do not reproduce protected material for unauthorised commercial use, impersonate others, harvest personal data, post malicious content or attempt to bypass security controls.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud or security concerns, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We aim to provide a reliable website, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.

General website information does not replace product-specific descriptions, express warranty commitments or mandatory legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to sell faulty or misdescribed products without the remedies required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Store is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from website use. We do not exclude liability or consumer remedies where doing so would be unlawful. Product-specific issues will be assessed under the applicable warranty, return terms and legal requirements.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify AI Store against reasonable third-party claims and directly related costs arising from your fraud, wilful misconduct, infringement of another person’s rights or material unlawful use of the website.

This provision does not require you to cover losses caused by AI Store’s own wrongdoing or failure to fulfil its legal obligations. It does not limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law or be treated as severed where necessary. The remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

You may stop using the website or request closure of your account, subject to any obligations that must continue for existing orders, payments, disputes or legal requirements.

We may restrict or terminate website access for a material breach, suspected fraud or security concerns where lawful and reasonable. Termination does not cancel accrued obligations or remove rights relating to purchases already made.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the relevant order details and the linked policies form the agreement applicable to your use and purchase. A general term does not override mandatory rights or an express commitment made for your order.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not, by itself, waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms should be read together with any specific terms clearly agreed for the relevant transaction.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you have a concern, contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review it and explain the available next steps.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using applicable consumer-protection complaint channels or other remedies available under law.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, payment methods or applicable requirements. The updated version will show a revised date.

Changes generally apply to future use and purchases. They do not retrospectively remove rights or express commitments relating to an existing order.

Accepted Payment Methods

Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted where displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery, Tabby, Tamara and other payment methods are available only when offered for the particular order. Review any eligibility conditions or disclosed charges before ordering.

Transaction Currency

The order and receipt amounts are stated in the transaction currency shown at checkout. Prices on aistore.ae are displayed in AED unless expressly stated otherwise. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or other charges if your account uses another currency.

Tabby and Tamara

Where available, Tabby and Tamara are third-party payment providers. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules and any provider charges or consequences of missed payments are governed by the provider’s applicable terms.

AI Store cannot guarantee approval, a particular spending limit or a payment schedule. Review the provider’s disclosures before entering an instalment arrangement.

A return request does not itself suspend an instalment plan. Follow the provider’s instructions while a request is being assessed. Approved cancellations and refunds are submitted through the relevant provider, which determines how the adjustment appears on your plan.

Contact AI Store about the product or order, and the payment provider about account-specific instalment questions.

Restricted Jurisdictions

We do not supply products or services where doing so would breach sanctions or trade restrictions applicable to us.

Minors Policy

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding transaction to register an account or place an order.

Record Retention

Retain your order confirmation, invoice, transaction records and the terms relevant to your purchase.

Account Responsibility

Keep your account credentials confidential. You must be authorised to use the payment method selected for your order.
