Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery within the UAE generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to the delivery estimate.

Orders placed after 2 PM UAE time enter processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, order volumes, courier availability or circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders across the UAE.

Any optional delivery service carrying an additional charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking details by email or SMS.

Deliveries are handled by our courier partners. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking details, contact us with your order number.

Delivery Conditions

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete UAE street address, including your building or villa number, apartment number where applicable, area, emirate and a working contact number.

Please check your delivery details before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply. We will explain any applicable charges before arranging another delivery attempt.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, contains missing items or is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 24 hours of discovering the issue.

Keep the packaging and supplied accessories while we assess the issue. We will investigate with the courier where necessary and explain the available next steps.

The requested reporting period helps us investigate promptly; it does not replace the terms of our Return & Refund Policy or any applicable statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with the packaging, accessories, manuals and tags supplied. For open-box products, eligibility is assessed against the condition and contents originally supplied.

Please obtain return authorisation before sending an item back.

Return shipping charges depend on the reason for the return and will be explained when the return is authorised. Change-of-mind return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, contact us for assessment and return arrangements.

Payment Confirmation

For prepaid orders, payment confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Payment confirmation does not mean that your order has been dispatched. Dispatch and tracking details will be sent separately.

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is collected at delivery. For payment-provider purchases, please also refer to the confirmation and payment instructions issued by your selected provider.
